Standard solution with round locking bolts 

• 2 or 4 robust locking bolts ensure RC2 grade anti-intruder protection
• anti-intruder protection of grade RC3 may be achieved by combining 4 locking bolts and 3 pairs of protectors for sealing rail DS28/48/28

Innovative flush solution with hook bolts 

• up to 3 locking hooks with block function ensure first-class sealing and anti-intruder protection of grade RC2
• fully flush when open, single plane design
• inbuilt gap vent as standard
• concealed pressure adjustment +/- 2 mm

 

Adjustable bogie wheels
Comfort and energy efficiency 

• integrated precision adjustment with readjustment reserve of 3 mm for easy lifting of the sash in the rear area
• flexible and safe adjustment of the sash during assembly, excellent tolerance compensation
• adjustment options onsite ensure smooth sliding process and tight sealing

Sealing rail DS28/48/28: smaller investment for higher level of thermal insulation and security 

• multi-chamber PVC seal for optimum thermal insulation
• best compression achieved in combination with the HS 4.0 sealing system 
• corresponds with anti-intruder protection standards of grade RC2 or RC3 when combined with a few additional components
• concealed screws and narrow width (only 28 mm at the top) - suitable for narrower profiles
• easy installation with pre-drilled screw holes and corner part between horizontal and vertical sealing rail
• increased sash tolerance range

Sealing rail C28/48: optimum horizontal compression

• multi-chamber PVC seal for optimum thermal insulation
• can also be mounted horizontally to seal the top sash area

SOFT CLOSE
Soft, controlled and secure closing 

• consists of a guide track and a damper
• invisibly integrated into the sash
• brakes the sash gently just before the end position and pulls it shut automatically thus minimising any risk of injury or material damage
• automatically adjusts to each sash position and tolerances
• maintenance-free due to self-lubricating mechanism
• also available in black to suit dark profiles
