OTLAV is an Italian door hinge manufacturer founded in 1956 in Santa Lucia di Piave, Italy. Established by Angelo Padovan, OTLAV has grown over the past 70 years into one of the world’s most recognized hinge technology brands. Since its foundation, the company has produced more than 2.2 billion hinges exported to over 80 countries worldwide.

OTLAV specializes in the development of adjustable and concealed hinges for timber, aluminium, and PVC doors. The company’s product portfolio includes 2D and 3D adjustable hinges, concealed INVISACTA series hinges, and solutions for extra-heavy doors. OTLAV holds nearly 100 patents, including the EXACTA 3D adjustable hinge system for entrance doors, which has become an important innovation in the modern door hardware industry. OTLAV hinges are tested according to EN 1935 standards and have received CE, UL, and fire-rated certifications.

Today, the OTLAV manufacturing facility in Santa Lucia di Piave covers more than 45,000 m² and features highly automated production technologies.
